What Unfollo is

Unfollo analyzes social-platform data exports that you obtained yourself through official platform features, and shows you relationships and changes derivable from that data. Unfollo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, X Corp., or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload data exports for accounts you own or control.
• Comply with the platforms’ own terms when requesting your exports.
• Don’t use Unfollo to harass anyone. Changes in who follows you are facts about your account, not invitations to confront people.

Accuracy

Unfollo reports what your imported data supports and labels uncertain cases as uncertain. Data exports are produced by the platforms and may themselves be incomplete or delayed; we cannot guarantee they reflect your account perfectly.

Billing

Unfollo Pro is one product with three ways to pay: monthly, annually, or once. All three unlock exactly the same Pro features. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Monthly and annual are subscriptions and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at period end. Where required by law, refunds are honored accordingly.

Pro Lifetime

Pro Lifetime is a single payment, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. It applies to one Unfollo account and covers both Instagram and TikTok on that account.

What Pro Lifetime includes, for as long as Unfollo operates:

• Every Pro feature as it exists today — the complete My Life archive, timelines and identity history, attention and activity insights, what each platform knows, the Private Data Explorer, the Social Yearbook, the Sensitive Data Vault, Wrapped and poster downloads, unlimited archive imports, import comparisons, unfollower and new-follower identities, relationship timelines, the activity feed, import history and archive reminders.
• Future refreshes of those reports as you import more data.
• Future improvements to Unfollo’s core tracking.

What it does not automatically include. Pro Lifetime is a licence to Pro, not to everything we might ever build, so it does not by itself grant:

• Separate future Japps products, sold as their own thing.
• Business or team plans, or multi-account/multi-seat features.
• Services we price separately.
• Features whose per-use third-party costs are unusually high — anything billed to us per request, per minute or per token as you use it. If we build something in that category we will say so plainly and price it separately rather than quietly withdraw what you bought.

If Unfollo is ever discontinued, Pro Lifetime ends with the service. It is a licence for as long as the product exists, not a guarantee that it will exist forever — and your data stays exportable and deletable either way.

Buying Pro Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription. If you hold both, cancel the subscription yourself from the billing portal; we will not cancel it for you, and we will not charge you differently without your action.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
